the email is empty and when I filled in the info and tried to save, it asked my password, but when I inputed, it got an error message.

What action are you trying to achieve? Change password or email? Is this on the web or mobile? Thank you for your feedback!

Hamish: I am using the web version. When I treid to change my name from 'Anonymous' to something else, it directed me to change it in Account setting. But in Account page, as attached, nothing there to change user name and the email field is empty. And then it got this error message when I tried to save the email address (attached).

Hamish: I think basically I want to change my user name, but I couldn't do that. The account menu is useless.
