Choose time format (12-hour vs 24-hour)

I live somewhere where 24-hour time format is used and it's not intuitive for me to use the 12-hour time format at all. I'd like a preference setting where I can change it. I think it would probably be best to offer a choice between "auto ", "12-hour" and "24-hour", where "auto" would be the default option and uses the format of the user's locale.

There was an issue with the dropdown selector which is now fixed - you can set the time format now

does`nt work for the desktop version. when the preferenz 24h is set, the events stayed with 12h view and the setting in preferences switch automaticly to "Auto" after a few seconds

Thanks for the report! There's now an option in settings > preferences to choose your time format

This can be done in Settings / Preferences / Timezone, where the correct value can be selected.

Reasonable Madelle true, you can choose the timezone, but when you create a task and then try to assign the time it forces you on the AM/PM format

Productive Sarene on my device 24-Hours Time is activated. All I see is 10:08 no AM/PM.

Reasonable Madelle On my phone (native app) it shows a 24-hour format, but on my laptop (browser) it has an AM/PM format.
