Drag items to make them 1) sub-tasks 2) move to lists
It would be great to be able drag and move items 1) so they become sub tasks of other items and 2) drag them to link them to lists

Yes, is is very much needed. For 1) a tab would be great. And for 2) an extra option next to migrate and archive: move.
