The iOS app is not passing the startup screen with the logo. Have tried restarting the phone, checking for updates, and reinstalling the app. I can access without issue on Windows app and web login.

I'm really sorry that the app is not working for you - I've had some other reports of this.
I submitted a fix 3 days ago but Apple still hasn't reviewed it, which is unusual - usually they release new versions within 48 hours. It's a big shame this is happening at this time of the year.
