Update: my account email address used in Bullet is not identical to the email address used for the google play app store. And for Chrome I am using the former email address. Switching to the latter email in Chrome solved this sync inconsistency. Beforehand I had no issue, maybe this is related to a version update. Just in case someone else has this issue.
